Two Gals on a Farm is a new urban farming venture in Lincoln, NE, owned and operated by Diana Vech and Margaret Dentlinger. We are applying biointensive, regenerative farming techniques to produce abundant, nutrient-dense food for the city of Lincoln. Our backgrounds include biological studies, gardening, food preparation, and home management. We met while attending the Growing Farmers training course given through Community Crops. We are inspired to create highly-efficient systems that regenerate that soil and produce a bounty of food.
We will be providing the freshest seasonal vegetables, including salad mixes, a variety of culinary herbs, and unique fruiting crops. Our farm is located at Prairie Pines with supplemental plots in the city of Lincoln.
